I love comparing this place to Sprinkles Cupcakes, which is FINALLY open in La Jolla BTW. I guess you cant really compare the two, but I like Heavenly better. Maybe its the location, (not parking convenience... lol HORRIBLE parking in downtown just to pick up cupcakes!) or maybe I just came in the right time - but I havent been disappointed with their cupcakes here

Bull Taco, Oceanside

I was kind of disappointed by the way the place looked. Supposedly, Banksy tagged the side of the restaurant (I guess not, that would’ve been cool though). The food was alright nothing really special. I guess it’s an alternative to Wahoo’s, which I think Oceanside is the only beach here that doesn’t have one! There’s another one in Encinitas / Cardiff now, maybe that one wouldn’t look too run down.

Ah, Seaport Village is one of my favorite places in San Diego. It just makes me appreciate and feel blessed that I live in such a beautiful place like this. Now lets talk about cookies - I think they got me addicted to Snickerdoodle. Nothing like munching on your cookie and a hot coffee while walking around seaport village; watching the sunset, watching people, picking the name of your next yacht HAHA!

Ki’s Restaurant, Cardiff by the Sea

E.V.O.O + Yummo! = ok, that doesn’t make sense, but Rachel Ray went here for her $40 a day show - which we didn’t know until after we ate there. Cardiff is so nice, peaceful and it reminds me of the North Shore in Hawaii for some reason. .. Anyways, this is a healthy choice for Brunch and cheap too.
